The Ku Bi 7080 Concealed Hinge is designed for use in minimum 40mm door panels weighing up to 100kg. The 3 Dimensional adjustability feature ensures that a simple adjustment, if it is ever needed, will keep the panel in perfect alignment. Self-lubricating therefore there is no ongoing maintenance. With no hinge barrels to distract the eye, clean, contemporary design lines are maintained allowing for flush panel installations. Suitable for installation into either aluminium or timber framed doors and with covers in either grey, white or black making for flexible colour matching.
For panels up to 80kgs only two hinges are required. For panels up to 100kg three hinges are required.
N.B. Care must be taken if architraves are specified to ensure adequate clearance is maintained.
The hinge is reversible for easy installation, and easier ordering. As this may be an indent product, it is possible that you may need to allow approx 3 weeks for delivery if currently not held in stock.
