The CS AutoCav WC utilises automation to bring you a better, more hygienic toilet access door. This electrically powered unit is ideal for situations that require hands-free public pedestrian or wheelchair access to toilets, secure hospital toilets, restaurants or toilets accessed from the exterior of a building.
Included as standard with this unit are high quality stainless steel indicator plates that have flashing LED lights and push buttons next to laser etched logos and writing.
High quality components have been designed for all parts of the system to ensure that servicing costs are kept to a minimum. CS For Doors can supply a complete system including design, manufacture installation & servicing. Locking function, lights for vacant/engaged indication, and voice prompting are just some of the standard options.
Design Features & Options:
* Ease of operation: the CS AutoCav WC unit is compatible with most control switching devices.
* Safety features available include jamb beams (sensors that detect objects in the direct path of the door), and auto-reversing of the door upon meeting an obstruction (NZS 4239-1993)
* In the event of power failure, the door can be manually opened or a battery backup can be supplied.
* Interface capable - CS AutoCav WC can be wired to an overriding PLC or to work in conjunction with fire alarms and security.
* Jambs types available: powdercoated or anodised aluminium, or timber jambs (flat or grooved).
* Design allows servicing of motor and parts after installation. (Installation instructions must be followed).
* The patented cavity frame is engineered from high quality heavy duty extruded aluminium.
* All aluminium components are screwed together for strength and reliability.
* Door carrying capacity is 400kg when using two carriages.
* 4-wheel carriages are fitted as standard.
* Fully tested and guaranteed.
* Door guides are not visible on installed units (various door guide options available).
* Nogs offset to allow nailing of incoming wall. Extra nogs can be easily fitted.
* Aluminium backstud and aluminium bottom plate are pre-drilled for fixing on-site.
