The AutoCav Bi-Linked cavity slider incorporates a belt linking system that connects a pair of doors together. When one door is manually opened or closed, the other automatically moves with it.
These doors meet perfectly in the middle every time, perfect for large bi-parting boardroom doors where you want to impress an audience. Magnetic locks may also be incorporated as well as electronic switching devices, to operate the lock. Should you wish to upgrade to a fully automated door at a later date, you can do so with the simple addition of a motor controller and power.
* Jambs types available: powdercoated or anodised aluminium, or timber jambs (flat or grooved).
* Design allows servicing of motor and parts after installation. (Installation instructions must be followed).
* The patented cavity frame is engineered from high quality heavy duty extruded aluminium.
* All aluminium components are screwed together for strength and reliability.
* Pine nogs, skirting and split jamb blocks are fitted to the aluminium frame for ease of fixing wall linings, skirtings and architraves.
* Door carrying capacity is 200kg when using two carriages.
* 4-wheel carriages are fitted as standard.
* Door cannot jump off the track.
* Designed to fit into a standard thickness wall (120 x 45mm Kiln Dry).
* Door guides are not visible on installed units (various door guide options available).
* Supplied fully assembled for on-site installation.
* Nogs offset to allow nailing of incoming wall. Extra nogs can be easily fitted.
* Available with or without doors fitted.
