Estefania Galinanes-Garcia

Estefania is a registered Architect, a New Zealand Institute of Architects [NZIA] member and prior to co-founding Productspec, was a practicing Architect and a course co-ordinator at Victoria University, School of Architecture.

She holds a BA Hons in Architecture from Manchester University, a Bachelor in Fine Art from Wimbledon School of Art, and a Diploma of Architecture from the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London.

Estefania has a professional background in Architecture & Design, Project Management, and Business Systems Analytics now leveraging these skills to manage both the Productspec Team and key project developments.

Jon Thompson

Jon has been involved in the design, fabrication, and construction sectors and prior to co-founding Productspec, was a course co-ordinator and design tutor at Victoria University School of Architecture.

He holds a BSc in Architecture from Dundee University and a Diploma in Architecture from the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London.

Jon has a voracious, dynamic and entrepreneurial nature and manages Productspec Business Development, key Productspec accounts, and all marketing activity.

Janelle Fenwick

Janelle leads the Auckland sales team, establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing Productspec clients to understand their unique business requirements and provide effective marketing solutions.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Auckland University and is a consummate and organised professional with a passion for people.

Matthew Pettengell

Matt is one of New Zealand’s foremost authorities on Building Information Modeling (BIM) with a particular focus on the use, implementation, and training of Autodesk Revit Architecture, MEP, and Structure platforms.

Matt holds a BDes from Massey University, Wellington, is co-chair of the Wellington Revit User Group (RUGWELL), and has consulted in a BIM-specialist capacity to Athfield Architects, CCM Architects, Dunning Thornton, and many other design and services firms.

Matt liaises with Productspec clients and is instrumental in designing, developing, and marketing their CAD & BIM content.

Chad Graybeal

Chad is a senior Systems Architect with 17 years international experience in the IT sector in both a consulting and development capacity.

He holds a BA Hons in Computer Information Systems & Business Administration from Appalachian State University, North Carolina.

Chad is responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of all Productspec technical developments and IT / web systems.

Zinder Zhao

Zinder is passionate about Technical Drafting, Rendering, Material / Product knowledge, and IT / Digital Design & Animation.

She holds a Building Science degree from Victoria University, Wellington, and is responsible for the creation of 3-dimensional objects, animations, and CAD/BIM components for Productspec clients.

Xiao Huang

Xiao recently completed her Diploma in Graphic Design from Natcoll. She is super-friendly and works alongside Chad creating the graphic elements within Productspec.

She also updates the listed content for Productspec clients and designs the Island and Skyscraper advertisements.

Byron Kinnaird

Byron Kinnaird holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Victoria University of Wellington, and is currently involved in architectural education, research and publication.

Byron works across various disciplinary practices, including post-graduate research in architectural education and institutionalism; architectural publishing in print and digital media; architectural teaching in design, history and theory, and the occasional design collaboration.

Byron recently got hold of a Vemco Track Drafitng Machine, and loves it.

Andrew Gibbs

Andrew is a partner in the Wellington office of Deloitte where he joined the firm in 1986. Andrew has had a wide experience of audit, investigation and advisory work performed in connection with restructuring and privatisation of industry sectors, outsourcing, feasibility studies, business change, improvement and planning in the public and private sector. Additionally Andrew is an active member of the Deloitte Agribusiness sector group with a lead role in the fishing and meat sectors.

Andrew is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants, Institute of Directors and Institute of Management Consultants.

Fanny Toorenburg

Fanny joined the Productspec Advisory Board in 2007 to complement the team with her extensive technology, management, and strategic planning knowledge. She has over 10 years experience in the geospatial industry and brings excellent insights into databases, data dissemination and setting up contractual agreements in the digital space.

Fanny was finalist for the Wellington 2007 NZIM Young Executive of the Year Award.
